We are proud to introduce our teachers and nursery teachers.  Staff are constantly focused on children's needs throughout the day.  We have both teachers and childminders on our staffing.  All staff attend to children's educational needs.  Teaching staff have a vast experience of educating children.  Our staff are selected based on their positive rapport with children.  Staff possess a variety of world-recognised education qualifications.

Tomas Bek

Principal, Senior Teacher

 

Whilst living in the United Kingdom, Tomas taught in public elementary schools, special educational-needs facilities, and pupil referral units.  He has a vast experience in teaching children with a diverse range of backgrounds and environments.

Message from Tomas 

Here at Bright Kids Garden we constantly strive to achieve a fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.  This positive learning environment allows children of various ages to achieve at their own pace whilst meeting new friends.  Our lessons are curriculum based yet have the flexibility to adjust to the developmental pace of our individual students.  Please feel free to come and experience our school first-hand and I look forward to meeting you.

Anthony Booth

Anthony is a native-English speaking teacher who originates from Australia.  He has taught at elementary schools in both Australia and England as well as many extra-curricular activity groups.  Anthony has experience in both mainstream and special-educational-needs schools.  Additionally, he has lead sporting activities, dance and theatre groups.

Misuzu Ando

Misuzu specializes in Japanese, Gym, Art and Music.  Her extensive past of working at nursery schools means that she can deliver valuable experiences for all children.

Mayumi Oura (Ms. May)

Artist, Art Instructor

 

After graduating from University of Michigan Art School, Ms. May taught a variety of art classes in the USA.  After returning home, she opened Atelier Tsunagu, an art school in Japan.  Ms. May's goal is to support the learning of children through art.  At Bright Kids Garden she conducts Elementary school art classes and Art-in-English classes.  The photograph shows an art session held for the children of Terakoya Orphanage during her visit to Myanmar.
